Seven inmates at a Lublin prison have completed bachelor’s theses through the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, enduring a two-hour defense that ended with very good results in Family Studies. The milestone signals a rare path to rehabilitation behind bars, and officials hope the men press on to master’s work before release.
