Florida’s attorney general is escalating a clash with Catholic schools over vaccine exemptions, warning that schools refusing religious or health waivers may be breaking state law and risking taxpayer-backed voucher money. Uthmeier says he’s troubled by what he calls inconsistent policies, arguing parents have rights and some vaccines raise religious objections tied to aborted fetal lines; he demanded a written response by August 7.
