Fio, a Catholic audio streaming platform launched in 2023, says it now operates in more than 100 countries and hosts over 100,000 hours of podcasts, music, and audiobooks from more than 1,000 Catholic creators. The app is pitching itself as a faith-first rival to secular giants, exposing a wider battle over attention, compensation, and who controls the digital pulpit.
