Britain’s sexual health experts are pressing to move emergency hormonal contraception onto shop shelves, after a YouGov survey found many adults fear they can’t get it on Sundays or after 10 p.m., and 61% back direct sales.
The push could blow open access to a time-sensitive drug, exposing a fight over convenience, stigma and whether pharmacies should keep the gate.
