From Vatican-recognized “miracle baby” to wanted fugitive: 19-year-old Tyquan Johnson is now the target of an arrest warrant in Rhode Island over a double shooting, with Newport police charging him with felony assault with a firearm and firing in a compact area and warning the public he is armed and dangerous. Police say Johnson, whose birth was officially recognized by the Catholic Church as a miracle after he survived being pronounced dead as a newborn, was last known to be living in Hampton, Va., while investigators hunt for him in a case that left a neighbor saying a stray bullet shattered a window near sleeping children.
