TUCSON — At 98, World War II veteran and retired Illinois cop Raymond “Ray” Martin Sr. has done what many never do: received Baptism, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation in one moving rite at the Villas of Marana, surrounded by family, caregivers, and fellow residents.
